FAIRVIEW TOTAL HOUSE RENOVATION

We completely renovated a 5,500 square foot house that was origionally built in 1922. This large project included changing staircase locations, demoing walls to create an open concept living area, completely renovating the master bedroom, closet, and bathroom, adding a large dormer to create a second floor gallery, creating a wine cellar, completely renovating the basement living area, and adding a beautiful pool and hardscape area with a pergola.
